Our Management Team

Mr. Earles founded Context⁴ Healthcare as part of the acquisition of healthcare coding and reimbursement assets from EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) and has since served as Context’s President and Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to Context, Mr. Earles served as Vice President of Business Development for NovoDynamics, a global leader in advanced digital discovery, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling solutions, and was responsible for its global commercial growth and the development of its worldwide partner program.

Mr. Earles also served as Vice President of Healthcare Solutions for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) and Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV), as well as Vice President and General Manager for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP). Mr. Earles has served as a speaker at various healthcare industry events and has published articles pertaining to the reimbursement challenges facing the healthcare industry.

Mr. Danza leads the product strategy efforts for Context⁴ Healthcare. With more than 20 years of experience within the healthcare industry, Mr. Danza’s focus is on analyzing the strategic direction of Context’s solutions and services, and identifying the ways in which Context can continue to meet the needs and expectations of its clients.

Mr. Danza has been a speaker at a number of healthcare industry events and has been published on the topic of methods for health plans to maximize revenue when offering products on the Health Insurance Exchanges.

Prior to joining Context, Mr. Danza spent 19 years with TriZetto Corporation (NASDAQ: TZIX), including a leadership position as the AVP of Benefits Administration Product Management. In addition, Mr. Danza held leadership positions with United Insurance Company of America and CNA Insurance (NYSE: CNA).

Mr. Danza holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Elmhurst College.

Dr. Nesnidal is an MD, an AAPC certified professional coder (CPC), and an NHCAA accredited healthcare fraud investigator (AHFI). He manages our Content Department, which is fully staffed with RHIA/ RHIT credentialed Business Analysts having decades of experience in all aspects of medical (professional, facility, and DME) claims as well as dental claims. He is actively involved in optimizing detection mechanisms for current and emerging medical and dental fraud patterns in our payment integrity solution. He assures all supportive data systems are current, accurate, and HIPAA compliant. He also authors our blog FWA Briefs, providing emerging FWA information to our customers and the industry.

Prior to working for Context, he was the Medical Director of Physician Support Systems, a national multi-specialty based professional component medical billing service.

Dr. Nesnidal practiced Emergency Medicine clinically after completing his residency at Henry Ford Hospital’s Emergency Medicine Residency Program in Detroit, MI. He earned his MD at Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL after his BA in Biology from University of Chicago

Mr. Madland leads the finance department for Context⁴ Healthcare. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Madland has a broad range of accounting and finance knowledge, including financial controls, budget and cash management, payroll, human resources, and SEC reporting.

Mr. Madland previously served as the Accounting Manager for Hawthorne Credit Union, the Controller for CoreVision Group, and the Accounting Manager at FTD (NASDAQ: UNTD), where he led accounting and finance initiatives while training and supervising accounting team members.

Mr. Madland is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. from DePaul University. He received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Mike joined Context⁴ Healthcare in April 2024 as Director of Channel Sales. In this role, he is responsible for engaging and supporting strategic Channel Partner growth and introducing Context’s suite of solutions to healthcare payers.

Prior to joining Context, Mr. Tuomey was the Managing Director of Sales at VBA, a healthcare technology company, where he focused on direct sales of VBA’s Core Administrative Processing Solutions (CAPS) to Third Party Administrators (TPAs).

Mr. Tuomey is a successful sales executive with 25+ years of experience in sales of enterprise software and data solutions to the healthcare payer market (TPAs, Health Plans, Dental & Vision Plans, Managed Care Organizations, unions and self-insured employers).

Mr. Yu leads the product development teams for Context⁴ Healthcare. He has held senior programming and development leadership roles with Context for more than 10 years. He has been instrumental in the development of Context’s industry-leading claim editing and coding software solutions.

Prior to Context, Mr. Yu served as Director of Software Development for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC), Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV), and Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) where he led the teams responsible for medical coding, editing software products, ClaimPack, and EOB software development. Mr. Yu began his career as an engineer with Electron-Optics Research Institute in China, and later worked at Comdisco (NASDAQ: CDCO) as a Senior Software Engineer.

Mr. Yu holds an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Mr. Orszula leads the Context⁴ Healthcare IT team and brings more than 12 years of experience in networking and system administration to the role. Mr. Orszula is responsible for Context’s IT infrastructure design and management of day-to-day IT operations.

Mr. Orszula has attained certification as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and as a Cisco Certified Network Associate.

Prior to joining Context, Mr. Orszula served as the Network Administrator at Valtera Corporation for more than 10 years. He began his career in IT at Sentinel Technologies, Inc. where he worked on projects that included Exchange server migration, VPN implementation and firewall solutions.

Mr. Orszula holds a B.S. degree in Medical Technology from Eastern Illinois University.

Ms. Huang leads the rule development team for Context⁴ Healthcare. She is responsible for the development, testing and functionality of all rules in the Context⁴ Healthcare C⁴ Engine.  She works closely with the Content Department to ensure that Context continues to deliver the most accurate and up-to-date clinical rules content available in the marketplace. 

Prior to Context, Ms. Huang served as lead software developer for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC), Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV), and Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP). 

Ms. Huang holds an MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago and a MS degree in Computer Science from Loyola University.

Mr. Paul brings more than 14 years of programming experience with a dual background in computers and medicine to the role of Software Development Manager at Context⁴ Healthcare. He is responsible for the management and release of all database products, all CodeLink® development and release updates, all Claims Editor® Professional development and release updates, all internal utility and tool developments and assists the Rule Development Group in processing rule data.

Prior to Context, Mr. Paul served as a lead software developer for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC), QA Analyst for Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV), and a developer at State Farm Headquarters.

Mr. Paul holds a M.S. degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from KMC Manipal, and a Bachelor of Chemistry from UI Champaign.

Ms. Hernandez leads the Client Success team for Context⁴ Healthcare. She has been with Context since 2016, providing customer service and support throughout her tenure. She develops and executes Context’s client satisfaction and retention strategies, and also oversees the product implementation and onboarding process for new customers within the healthcare payer and provider markets. 

Ms. Hernandez holds an RHIT certification, which makes her uniquely knowledgeable of the compliance needs of Context’s customers. She also holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Health Information Technology from College of DuPage.
