Naperville, IL,  January 22, 2015  -- Context 4 Healthcare, Inc., a leading provider of healthcare compliance and reimbursement solutions, announced that it has named Cindy Gallee, JD, RHIA, CHC, to the position of In-House Counsel.

Ms. Gallee has been with Context since 2013 in the roles of Compliance Officer and Manager of Medical Content where she oversees Context's HIPAA/HITECH compliance and risk management programs and is responsible for the legal and medical research of healthcare regulations. She will continue these roles while assuming the additional responsibility of advising the company on legal matters.

Prior to joining Context, Ms. Gallee managed the Contracts and Compliance function at Presence Mercy Medical Center. She also served as the Practice Administrator at a private medical practice and has held leadership positions in healthcare risk and legal claims management in both the hospital and insurance industries.

Ms. Gallee is a licensed attorney in Illinois and has a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University, as well as a Registered Health Information Administrator credential and a Certification in Healthcare Compliance.
