Marge Klasa DC, APN Bc Medical Director Dr. Klasa serves as the Medical Director for Context 4 Healthcare and leads Context’s medical content and compliance teams. Dr. Klasa’s expertise includes clinical and regulatory guidelines for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. Dr. Klasa has authored several health compliance articles and has presented for the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), and the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). Prior to Context, Dr. Klasa served as Director of Software Development for EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) and Captiva Software Corporation (NASDAQ: CPTV) where she advised senior management on healthcare industry trends and strategy. Dr. Klasa has more than 20 years of healthcare experience in private practice as a nurse practitioner and as a Chiropractic Physician.


Cindy Gallee, JD, RHIA, CHC

Cindy Gallee JD RHIA CHC Context Compliance Officer

Cindy Gallee, JD, RHIA, CHC Compliance Officer & Manager of Medical Content Ms. Gallee serves as the Compliance Officer and Manager of Medical Content for Context 4 Healthcare and brings 20 years of healthcare and legal experience to the position. Ms. Gallee oversees Context's HIPAA/HITECH compliance and risk management programs. She is also responsible for the legal and medical research of healthcare regulations impacting healthcare institutions to incorporate into the content of Context’s products. Prior to joining Context, Ms. Gallee managed the Contracts and Compliance function at Provena Mercy Medical Center. Prior to that, she was the Practice Administrator at a private medical practice and has held leadership positions in healthcare risk and legal claims management in both the hospital and insurance industries. Ms. Gallee is a licensed attorney in Illinois and has a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University, as well as a Registered Health Information Administrator credential and a Certification in Healthcare Compliance.


Kate Armbruster, FHIAS, PAHM

Kate Armbruster FHIAS PAHM Context Client Success Team

Kate serves on the Client Success and Marketing teams for Context 4 Healthcare and brings 9+ years of healthcare experience to the role. She executes product implementation strategies and provides account support to editing and coding customers. Kate also contributes to Context’s website design, social media, outbound marketing, and content curating. Prior to Context, Kate investigated claim appeals at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois where she also served on an enterprise-wide project to evaluate existing IT strategies. Previously, Kate held marketing and sales roles for a community health center and for an independent insurance agency. Kate’s AHIP professional designations include: Fellow, Health Insurance Advanced Studies (FHIAS) – concentration in Medicare Marketing; Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM) – concentration in Managed Care. Kate holds a B.A. degree in Marketing from Aurora University and studied English at Indiana University and Boston College.
