Job Description: 

The Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing new Context customers on our cloud-based solutions. The Implementation Manager will also work with existing customers to develop deeper relationships, and possibly identify needs the customers may have that can be satisfied by other Context solutions. The Implementation Manager will build strong relationships with the internal delivery and leadership team. Additionally, they will interface with our strategic channel partners about shared customers, and ensure complete and accurate information is maintained in our CRM database.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Context's cloud-based solutions and how they solve the customers' needs they are designed to address.
  • Create an implementation project plan baseline that can be customized to each new customer's needs when planning the customer's implementation project.
  • Develop customer relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
  • Work with the Context Sales and Marketing teams to help them develop marketing and sales strategies to ensure Context products meet current customers' needs.
  • In working with customers to develop relationships, should customer needs be identified that can be solved with Context products, work with the Context Sales team as they try to sell those products to the customer.
  • Conduct follow-up relationship calls to all targeted existing customers on a regular basis.
  • Stay well informed on industry changes, participate where possible in professional organizations directly involved with our prime markets, and continually work to improve industry knowledge.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of software implementation management experience in a professional services environment is required. Healthcare benefits industry experience highly desirable.
  • Outstanding ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and leadership skills required.
  • Senior level customer relationship skills including experience in articulating complex solutions and benefits.
  • Proven ability to successfully interface with C-level executives, management, and financial decision makers.
  • Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
